I am a licensed clinical social worker/therapist based in Atlanta, Ga. I've built a social media platform over the last 8.5 years talking about healthy relationships, healing trauma, faith, and sociological concerns in the Black community base don current events. Aside from seeing clients, I'm a leader in the non-profit sector, and am trusted as a speaker and workshop facilitator for universities, corporations, and networks that desire to improve employee wellbeing or increase their knowledge on how trauma impacts their personal experiences and profession. When I'm not saving the world from bad relationships or trauma, I'm a friend, a partner, and just a girl.
