Submission Process
How do I submit my book proposal?
To submit your proposal:

  2. Review the "What You'll Need" page for a checklist of materials and requirements.
  3. Click "Get Started" to begin the step-by-step application process.
  4. Complete all sections of the application, including required uploads.
What do I need to prepare before starting my application?
Here's a streamlined checklist of what you'll need:
  • Personal Information: Contact details, website URL (if applicable)
  • Agent Information (if applicable): Agent's name, agency, and contact details
  • Social Media Details: Handles and follower counts for platforms
  • Synopsis: A 1- to 2-sentence overview that answers the question, "What is this book,",and a brief paragraph summarizing the plot ("What is this book about?") and market context ("Why are you writing this book today?") for your book
  • Author Bio: A one-paragraph overview and a full bio upload (Word or PDF)
  • Marketing Plan: A detailed strategy for how you'll promote your book (Word or PDF)
  • Comparable Titles: Information about 5 similar books
  • Sample Materials: Chapter overview, sample chapters (25-50 pages), and a high-resolution headshot
How long will the application process take?
If you have all your materials prepared, the application will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
What happens after I submit my application?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a unique submission ID once your application is complete. Our team will review your proposal, and you can expect a response within 12 weeks if there's interest in your proposal.
