Hello. I am a Certified Life and Love Coach, Author and Motivational Speaker with a passion for amplifying and empowering the voices of the underserved. Previously, I served as Senior Editor for the iconic EBONY Magazine, and worked for NPR for a number of years as a Host and Producer for Chicago Public Media, having my own radio show for six years. My life and career has centered around words, as they truly have the power to form meaningful change through solid relationships.

Currently, I am a consultant for BECOME, a nonprofit that seeks to empower people in underserved communities to dream and create the life they desire.

In 2019, I obtained my Masters degree in Psychology from American Public University. In 2007, I graduated from The University of Missouri - Columbia's School of Journalism with a BA in Radio/TV Journalism.

I'm a 40-year-old African American woman who thrives on individuality and self expression. I have self-published two self help books and one urban erotic fiction novel. They have been well received by my network, but I could really use some press to reach more people. Anything I create, I am able to sell.
