Cindy Uh is a literary agent at Creative Artists Agency. Uh graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Faith, Peace, and Justice. She went on to receive her J.D. from UCLA School of Law with a concentration in Critical Race Studies. Following her career as an employment discrimination attorney, Uh joined CAA in 2019. Advocacy continues to be at the heart of her work with her representation centering on social justice, community, and culture. Uh is based in the New York office and works with many of the worlds leading activists, journalists, thought leaders, artists, changemakers, and actors, such as Lupita Nyongo, Simu Liu, Tabitha Brown, Tarana Burke, Weijia Jiang, Imani Perry, Ai-jen Poo, Stephen Satterfield, Patrisse Cullors, Alex Elle, Mari Andrew, and Morgan Harper Nichols. She also represents fiction writers, including Nikki Erlick, Junauda Petrus, Julia Riew, and more.
