Carlos Segarra is a Literary Agent at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Segarra is based in the New York office and represents clients who are at the forefront of shifting culture in the realms of sports, music, social media, fashion, journalism and activism, including Me Too founder Tarana Burke, Emmy Award winning actress Tabitha Brown, Grammy nominated artist Omarion, social media personalities Devale & Khadeen Ellis and activist Leon Ford, among others.

Segarra graduated from Norfolk State University with a degree in Business Management and later received his J.D. from Howard University School of Law. He began his career as a Contract Consultant at One Source Consulting, Inc., but quickly realized his true calling was in the entertainment world. In pursuit of that vision, he joined CAAs ranks in June 2019.
