I am a licensed psychotherapist, entrepreneur, public health professional, and author based in Oakland, California. Over the past two decades, my clinical and systemic work has focused on the intersections of identity, intergenerational trauma, and emotional development. I am the founder and Clinical Director of DOT Center, a depth-oriented group psychotherapy practice where I manage operations, treat BIPOC individuals and multicultural couples, and actively supervise and mentor associate therapists. My current project is a narrative nonfiction book that synthesizes psychodynamic theory and a systemic public health lens to center women navigating chronic burnout, self-erasure, and the developmental journey toward reclamation.
