Lauren Thomas Ewing is the founder and principal of LTE Coaching LLC (www.ltecoaching.com), an executive coaching and leadership development practice serving VP-level and senior leaders across corporate, nonprofit, and federal sectors.

She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, along with certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). She brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning Google/Alphabet, Google Ventures, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte Consulting, and Pepsi-Cola. She holds an AB from Harvard University, an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and a Certificate in HR Management from George Mason University.
