Lakeisha Kinsey-Watson is a philanthropist, educator, socialite, and author hailing from Jacksonville, Florida. She exemplifies resilience, determination, and excellence — qualities shaped by her journey as a teen mother and sharpened by her rise through corporate
America.
She is the founder of Kinsey Enterprises Group, a business-consulting firm. She served as Vice President and CFO of Lamarco Wilcox Men of Balance, a nonprofit known for its community impact through the Boss Week initiative, until she founded her own nonprofit, Too
Busy Queening Cares, in 2020.
Her lived experience with abandonment, toxic relationships, and generational trauma fuels her passion for helping women heal. With a strong social media presence (#KEISHSaidIt), community events, and public speaking, she connects with women ready to break cycles and
reclaim their power.
Academically, Kinsey-Watson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (University of Phoenix, 2015), where she graduated with honors and was inducted into Delta Mu Delta International Business Honor Society. In 2017, she earned her MBA in Marketing,
equipping her to transform struggling businesses and foster cultures of growth. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Liberty University.
Her debut book, The Broken Pieces That Define Me, set for release in 2025, is an urban
narrative of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment, inspired by her own life.
