She holds an MBA and is currently a Ph.D. candidate, a reflection of her commitment to lifelong learning and personal transformation.
Benedria’s writing has been featured in numerous bestselling books, publications such as Cheryl Magazine, Harness, and Mahoghany by Hallmark, including collaborations with thought leaders such as Ross Brand. Her personal essays and inspirational reflections often explore themes of emotional resilience, spiritual growth, grief recovery, and mental health awareness.
A national mental health advocate, Benedria has served on the boards of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and IMAlive.org. She is a recipient of the prestigious Dr. Murali Krishna Family Award from NAMI, honoring her contributions to mental health education and awareness. She has produced and directed two advocacy films focused on suicide prevention and breaking stigma in marginalized communities.
Her teaching career includes serving as a business school adjunct at institutions such as Vatterott College, Brown Mackie College, and Rose State College. As a speaker, she has presented for NAMI Walks, IgniteOKC, and other platforms that promote personal development, faith, and emotional healing.
