Following a rich background in magazine and newspaper publishing (see "about author" in book proposal), I am now entirely focused on personal writing projects--especially on the manuscript submitted here. Previously, I served in various writer, managing editor, and editor roles in both consumer and b-to-b print publishing. Additionally, I owned and managed an education franchise and worked in sales and customer service roles--all of which I believe have helped develop the discipline, grit, and persuasive qualities essential to taking on this current manuscript. Writing is by far my greatest passion. I am committed to giving my all to this manuscript and to timely completion/delivery. I am also cofounder of a women's nonprofit, which coincidentally gives me access to a potential audience for my book.
