De Bolton is a Christian Holistic Health Coach, Certified Yoga Therapist, author, and speaker dedicated to helping women embody their God-given worth through faith, movement, and wellness. She is the author of The Embodied Beloved, a groundbreaking integration of theology, trauma-informed practices, and holistic health that invites readers to reconnect with their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit.
De serves as a Yoga Therapist at a mental health and substance abuse recovery center, where she integrates somatic practices to support clients in regulating their nervous systems, cultivating resilience, and fostering holistic healing. Her ability to bridge science, embodiment, and spirituality allows her to create safe, effective, and transformative practices across diverse contexts.
Through her Reclaim Your Temple program, De has developed trauma-informed, Christ-centered curriculum that has been implemented in churches, wellness communities, and correctional facilities, where it is helping incarcerated women rediscover identity, healing, and hope. This unique extension of her work demonstrates her commitment to bringing embodied faith into the most overlooked and hurting spaces.
With certifications in personal training, Pilates, yoga, and trauma-informed somatic work, De brings both scientific expertise and spiritual depth to her work. She is the founder of FaithFueled Life, a coaching and wellness platform serving women of color in midlife, guiding them toward sustainable health, healing, and wholeness in Christ.
As a sought-after speaker and workshop leader, De has taught at national and virtual conferences including the BIPOC Christian Yoga Summit, and she leads the Praise Pilates program, where movement, Scripture, and healing converge. She is passionate about equipping women to release cultural lies, embrace embodied faith, and steward their health as worship.
De’s work has impacted hundreds of women through coaching, retreats, and online programs. She combines biblical wisdom with cutting-edge research in neuroscience, emotional health, and embodied practices to create practical pathways to transformation. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and three daughters, where she continues to write, teach, and model a Spirit-led lifestyle of faithfueled living.
