I’m Ciara Ward, a clinical behavioral health therapist, speaker, author, and founder of Caring Conversations Center and Ci Notes. My mission is simple: Therapy Beyond the Couch.

I know healing is bigger than traditional therapy sessions. Therapy can happen through conversation, creativity, music, movement, storytelling, community, reflection, and truth. My work is centered around helping people reconnect with themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually while creating lives they don’t want to escape.

As a therapist, entrepreneur, and speaker, I create spaces that feel real, relatable, and transformative. Through therapy, podcasting, writing, workshops, and community experiences, I encourage people to embrace their authentic selves and understand that healing does not have to look one way to be meaningful.

I am the founder of Caring Conversations Center and Ci Notes, platforms dedicated to making healing more accessible and human. I’m also the author of *Cliché Your Way Through Life REMIX*, a book that reframes everyday clichés into tools for self-awareness, growth, and emotional freedom.

My purpose is to help people see that therapy is not just something you attend. It’s something you live.
