As the founder of Couch with Christian and creator of The GRACE Method™, she helps high-achieving individuals build healthier relationships with themselves and others through culturally grounded, trauma-informed conversations. Christian is the author of Daddy Issues and the forthcoming Mommy Issues, and currently serves as Director of Counseling and Self-Development at a Southern HBCU.
