I am a womanist strategist, storyteller, and convener committed to building relational infrastructure for becoming.
My work lives at the intersection of womanism, soft power, storytelling, and civic imagination. Through Culture Shift(Hers) Unite™, I create spaces where leaders and culture shifters can cultivate greater clarity, capacity, and coherence in their lives, communities, and callings.
As a caregiver, former educator, media maker, and community builder, I have come to believe that another world is built in intimate rooms—in conversations around kitchen tables, in beauty salons, in sanctuaries, and in the sacred spaces where people gather to tell the truth about who they are and who they are becoming.
My work is deeply informed by womanist thought, Black women's intellectual traditions, and the belief that personal transformation and collective transformation are deeply connected.
I am interested in how we cultivate lives and communities rooted not only in resistance, but in stewardship, belonging, joy, and right relationship.
At its heart, my work asks a simple question:
How do we hold what we have been called to carry without losing ourselves in the process?
Through what I am beginning to understand as a soft power theology, I explore leadership, care, visibility, and becoming as sacred practices.
Because we do not become alone.
