I am TrinaMarie Shaw, a Realtor®, philanthropist, and nonprofit CEO based in Las Vegas. As the Founder & Executive Director of EmpoweredMinds Achieve, I lead programs in sustainable fashion, AI tech skills, financial literacy, and mental wellness—equipping youth, women, and small business owners to thrive. I also held the titles of Mrs. Nevada Elemental USA 2024 and United States of America’s Mrs. Nevada 2022, using visibility as a platform to advocate for leadership, resilience, and social impact.

My journey is rooted in faith, resilience, and reinvention. I have faced setbacks, disappointments, and detours, but each challenge became an opportunity to grow stronger, lead boldly, and help others do the same.
